RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so online at massagebook.com,my scheduling page. It’s easy,convenient and fast. You can also contact me at 503-729-0747 . Please leave a text or voicemail if I’m not immediately available. I can also be reached at ndalonzo50@hotmail.com, though it make take longer for me to respond. Please reschedule 24 hours prior to your original appointment to allow another client who may want to book your time slot.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This can be done online,by phone text or voicemail, and email. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour notice, you will be charged $25 which is to be paid at your next appointment.
NOT SHOWING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
If you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your session,to be paid at your next appointment.
ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session booked. Out of respect for me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
